🔄 Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
